As
Alderman I have the pleasure to represent Loves Park in multiple
capacities. When residents and businesses have concerns dealing with the
city it is
my responsibility to address these issues to the City Council.
I serve on two Committees, Community Development and Codes and Regulations
which I preside as Vice Chairman. These committees deal with a
variety of issues ranging from zoning to the issuance of licenses.
Each year we
are
sent to the Illinois Municipal League Conference where we are educated
on new regulations and guidelines to apply in our city. We are
also given the
opportunity to talk with other communities to learn best practices
and see what problems they are facing.
Loves Park works with neighboring cities on many issues. We have
an outstanding working relationship with surrounding governmental
agencies. I attend community events not only in Loves Park, but
also in the
surrounding
area. These include Ribbon cuttings, Recognition dinners, Charity
fundraisers and almost any other event imaginable.
I attend
Home Owner Association meetings;
Citizen input meetings for city funded improvements and even
advisory board meetings for other government agencies.
If you have an event you want Alderman Little to attend contact us using the Contact Clint button above or e-mail him directly Clint@clintlittle.com.
